late arrival, reducing originally booked services, missed appointments (“no show”), and late reschedule/cancelled appointments without a 24-hours advance notice before the start of your appointment time.
Reminder: 24-hours does NOT pertain to what time you made the appointment, but
what time your appointment is scheduled for! (e.g. If you made an appointment for Friday 6pm, you have until Thursday 6pm to reschedule or cancel)
Over 10 minutes late will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service(s). Please note that there are NO guarantees of holding your appointment after being late.

PRE WAX CHECKLIST
Our treatments last only 15-30 minutes, depending the area you want waxed. The hair should be at least 1/2 inch long for waxing to be effective.
To ensure our client's waxing experience is pleasant and successful, here are some tips:
Stop shaving the area 3 weeks prior to waxing
Avoid exposure to ultraviolet rays (sun or tanning beds) for at least 24 to 48 hours after the service
After Botox or other facial injections, wait at least 10 days prior to your appointment. Please consult your doctor before arrival

WAXING AFTERCARE
Keep the waxed area clean, avoid heat and friction during the next 24-48 hours.
No hot baths or showers (cool to lukewarm water only)
No saunas, hot tubs, or steam treatments
No tanning (sunbathing, sunbeds, or fake tans)
No sport, gym work, or other exercise
Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed hands

ARRIVAL Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register. If you arrive late, the time of your appointment will be shortened out of consideration to the next
customer.
LATE ARRIVALS Arriving after 10 minute is considered a 'NO SHOW'. Once an appointment is deemed as a 'NO SHOW', your appointment will be given away and 'NO SHOW' procedures will be applied. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so our team can best accommodate you!
'NO SHOW' APPOINTMENTS A 'NO SHOW' appointment is when a client does not call to cancel or show up to their scheduled appointment time. A 'NO SHOW' appointment results in a 50% charge of your scheduled service(s).
REFUND All services rendered by Peachy Keen wax+skin are provided on a non-refundable basis.
GIFT CARDS Gift cards are available to purchase from us for an amount or treatment of your choice. They are non-refundable.
GRATUITY We recommend an 20% gratuity for quality service received at Peachy Keen.
RESERVATION In connection with PEACHY KEEN wax+skin, you may make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use only by you or others on whose behalf you are authorized to act, and not for other purposes, including reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third-party websites, making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservations in anticipation of demand. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel or modify reservations for any reason, including any breach of our Terms and Conditions, where it appears that you engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error, even if such mistake or error is ours.
